Li Huowang sat there, taking a deep breath as he watched Yi Donglai before him, waiting anxiously for the man to begin his treatment.

Glancing at the others nearby, Yi Donglai sat down before Li Huowang. "Xiao Li, tell me everything you have experienced now. Do not leave out a single detail, not even the smallest point."

He did not begin treatment immediately but instead searched the room for props.

An apple from a plate, a bowl, a fork, and a succulent plant he brought in from the balcony.

"You may not believe it, but I truly intend to use these items to treat Li Huowang. If you don't trust me, you can find someone else, but I am certain that in this world, no one but me can cure him!" When it came to his profession, Yi Donglai was incredibly stubborn.

"Fine, you've got guts. I’m starting to like you," Ba Nanxu said, stepping back to join Zhao Shuangdian, who was busy with her constant calculations.

Just as Li Huowang pondered what these objects might represent, Yi Donglai sat face-to-face with him, separated only by these items.

Pressing hard against his own mangled fingernail, Yi Donglai looked at the one-eyed, one-armed youth with a hint of disappointment. "Li Huowang, are they playing the bad cop while you play the good cop? If they weren't here, would you also be using this method to threaten me?"

Li Huowang looked at him and shook his head slowly.

Yi Donglai stood up abruptly, holding the plant in one hand and the apple in the other, shouting at Li Huowang: "I am the Great Nuo! I am the essence of the Five Wisdoms world itself!"

A stifled laugh interrupted the treatment. Li Huowang and Yi Donglai both turned to look at Ba Nanxu, who was struggling to hold back her mirth.

"Sorry, sorry, please continue." Seeing their faces made Ba Nanxu want to laugh; she turned around, her shoulders shaking uncontrollably.

Yi Donglai turned back, staring meaningfully at Li Huowang. "Season of Disaster, look closely! I am the essence of the world! I am the Great Deity!"

Li Huowang looked at Yi Donglai, hesitating for a moment. "Is what you say true? Are you really the Great Nuo? But the problem is, the Great Nuo went mad long ago!"

"Season of Disaster! Do you still not understand? The Great Deity has no past and no future! I am destined to go mad, but not yet!"

"Hahahaha!!" A shrill laugh erupted again. Ba Nanxu leaned her head against her brother’s shoulder, her mouth wide, laughing until she nearly fainted.

Yi Donglai set the two items down, his expression indignant. "My treatment cannot continue like this. To treat Li Huowang, I require absolute silence."

Zhao Shuangdian kicked Ba Nanxu and said, "Continue, that was just an accident."

Yi Donglai sighed at the crowd. "This place is too big. Let's go to my study."

He bent down to pick up the apple and the plant. Li Huowang reached out to help him carry the bowl and fork, following him toward the study.

Before they had walked two steps, Yi Donglai shoved the apple and the plant into Li Huowang’s arms. "You go to the study first; I need to use the restroom."

As soon as Yi Donglai entered the restroom, Ba Shengqing followed him inside, watching him intently.

Meanwhile, Li Huowang looked at the four items in his arms, thinking to himself: "Could Yi Donglai really be the Great Nuo? If he is, what do these four things represent? And why did he give them to me?"

Li Huowang waited for a while, but hearing no movement, he looked up and was surprised to find that Yi Donglai and the others had not entered. "What is going on?"

He placed the four items on the sofa and walked toward the study door.

Just as he approached, he saw the others rushing toward the study.
